WHAT THE CRITCS ARE SAYING ABOUT ‘30 YEARS OF DIRT’

'a supernatural sureness of touch...just plain funny in a way that few other comics can touch... supremely fast-witted in his interactions with the crowd…exquisitely vivid in some of his turns of phrase: you can sense Skinner the poetry lover in lines' - The Times

'he’s still got it… a comedy master… a masterclass in crowd work, with Skinner getting spontaneous laughs off every interaction… exquisite one-liners' - Chortle

'Skinner is never less than beadily alert…you come away happy that after 30 years Frank’s still dishing his dirt, and happier still that he can dish plenty more besides.' - The Guardian

  • Frank an accomplished comedian

    18 February 2024

Frank knows how to manipulate an audience. Unless you know don't sit in the first row unless you like being teased. A few excellent jokes told in a very relaxed manner. You can see how much practise has gone into the act. Even the encore at the end was scripted but delivered in such a way you think it is spontaneous. It was a privilege to be there.

  • A good night

A welcoming and helpful venue and then the the funny and great Frank Skinner smut, despite obviously being much under the weather! Very much enjoyed!

  • Frank Skinner

    18 February 2024

Skinner - Superb comedian, great comic timing and involved the audience at all times. The only negative was that he didn’t acknowledge anyone beyond row three. The early warm up act was not funny at all. Clearly the guy misses South Africa since that was the centre piece of his whole routine. Not entertaining.

  • Comedy gold!

    18 February 2024

Cleverly crafted 80 mins of wit & comedy, delivered in his usual understated manner. Great to see Frank back on stage - both my husband & I had a fantastic evening!
